Area of Focus

Pharmacological analysis of various herbal drugs used by the ethnic groups of Kerala using modern molecular techniques. The major diseases on which we concentrate are Liver & gastric disorders and inflammatory diseases. The plants were selected based on the ethnomedical leads.
