Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of Project Fellow in a KSCSTE funded project entitled "Identification of cellular pathways differentially modulated in Human microvascular endothelial cells upon Dengue virus infection" of Dr. E Sreekumar at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram
First Class Master's Degree in Microbiology or any branch of Life Sciences; Willingness to work with human pathogens in Bio-safety containtment laboratory and with experimental animals .
Previous experience in working with human viruses and biological samples.
Below 28 years as on 20th April, 2018 . Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India norms.
22,000/- per month (Consolidated).
Two years; or till termination of the project whichever is earlier.
Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and
will be called for interview. In the event of more than 10
candidates being short-listed by screening the applications,
a written test will be conducted before the selection
interview and only those who are successful in the written
test will be interviewed. No TA/ DA will be given for
appearing in the interview.

Selection to the position will not entitle the candidate to any future positions at RGCB (permanent or otherwise).
