The shortlisted applicants will be called for a presentation in front of the executive committee (EC) members for proposal evaluation. Once the proposal is cleared by the EC, the client will be asked to sign an agreement with BioNest. Thereafter, the client can start the incubation after the required modification in the space provided

Yes, with a prior notice to the CEO, an incubatee can call off the operation in BioNest. Same way, BioNest can ask the incubate to vacate the space with prior notice if the primary objective of the incubation is not achieved during the annual EC assessment including lease payment default.
