1. Individual emails have been sent to all the below mentioned candidates. Communications through speed post have also been sent.
2. All candidates are advised to be present at RGCB, Thiruvananthapuram at least two and a half hours before the scheduled time of selection procedures. It may please be noted that provisionally shortlisted candidates will need to report for the examination procedures, ONLY subject to their fulfilment of specific criteria. It will be the responsibility of the candidates to complete all the necessary formalities inclusive of, but not limited to complete thedocument verification process before the scheduled time of examination. RGCB will not be responsible for whatever delay in completing document verification, irrespective of the scheduled time of examination.
3. The entry for the candidates to RGCB Main Campus will be closed at 9.00 a.m. and no candidates will be permitted to enter the campus after this time, on all scheduled dates of selection procedures.
4. Compliance with all the instructions attached to the individual communications shall be mandatory in respect of all the shortlisted candidates.
5. Verification of all original documents by RGCB Administration pertaining to your candidature will be done on the scheduled date of selection procedures before the start of selection procedures. All candidates to note that production of all original documents that were enclosed with your applications shall be mandatory. In case of your failure to produce any of the original documents for such verification, the candidate will not be allowed to take part in the scheduled selection procedures. No further communication in this regard will be entertained. The original documents will be returned to the candidates after completion of the verification procedures.
6. Provisionally Shortlisted candidates are advised to ensure that valid documents, IN ORIGINAL as called for, are properly produced at the time of their appearing for selection procedures. In case of their failure to comply with this requirement, such candidates will not be allowed to take part in the examination procedures as per schedule However, the provisionally shortlisted candidates must ensure that the copies of credentials as mentioned in the individual email, shall be submitted by return communication within the stipulated date. Failing this, the chance to appear for the selection procedures will stand cancelled/ forfeited. No further communication in this regard will be entertained. Submission of self-attested copies of such mandatory documents (non-returnable), along with all original credentials (returnable) shall be mandatory to ensure the candidate's participation in the scheduled selection procedures.
7. FAILURE IN PRODUCTION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL RELATED TO EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/IDENTITY PROOF/EXPERIENCE/NOC FROM THE PRESENT EMPLOYER (IF APPLICABLE) etc. WILL MAKE THE CANDIDATE AUTOMATICALLY UNFIT FOR THE POSITION.
