Important Instructions:

- Services listed under Code No. 102, 103, 104 and 302, 303, 304 will be undertaken only for purified peptides (i.e., post-cleanup using ZipTip or spin columns).
- Project Consultation: Please contact us in advance to discuss your project’s experimental design and sample preparation requirements.
- Sample Submission: Samples will not be accepted without a duly filled submission form.
- Data Delivery: Upon completion of analysis, processed data in the form of Excel spreadsheets and Raw data will be provided. Raw data will be retained for a period of six months from the date of result communication.
- Application Form: Ensure that the application form includes a valid email ID. A copy of the submitted form will be sent to the registered email address.
- GST: An additional 18% GST will be applicable as per government regulations.
- Responsibility: By submitting the application form, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided through the portal.
- Acknowledgment Requirement: It is imperative to formally acknowledge the technical assistance provided by the Mass Spectrometry Core Facility in all relevant outcomes, including publications, presentations, media releases, and annual reports.
Example Acknowledgment:
"The proteomic profiling was carried out utilizing liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry [LC–MS/MS] platform at the DBT-SAHAJ National Facility for Mass Spectrometry, BRIC-Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala."
- Reporting Publications: Kindly share a copy of any published manuscript, abstract, or related output resulting from data generated at our facility. This is necessary for us to maintain a record of scientific contributions and report them to the Department of Biotechnology (DBT).
