Instructions for Applicants

Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding with the application.

  1. Students in the final year of their qualifying degree program are also eligible to apply provided that they produce a proof of having secured the required marks in their undergraduate degree program at the time of admission.
  2. Candidates need not send any documents such as proof of age, proof of category, etc. or hard copy application.
  3. Candidates must fill the application form carefully, once submitted, no edits/modifications will be permitted.
  4. Candidates are advised to complete their online form submission well before the last date to avoid last minute rush. RGCB will not be responsible for connectivity issues or any other problems at the last minute.
  5. All necessary intimations will be sent through E-mail to the registered email id. Candidates are advised to visit the website for any new information/announcement.
  6. Keep a copy of submitted online application for future reference.

Before filling application form, please scan and store the following documents as separate files. These must be uploaded during the online application process.

Please ensure that all scanned documents are clear and legible. Applications submitted with illegible documents may be rejected.
