1. This policy applies to all IP, including, but not limited to, inventions, discoveries, designs, works of authorship, trade secrets, computer programs, databases, know-how, compositions of matter, methods of use and processes whether patentable or copyrightable or not, conceived, reduced to practice, authored or otherwise created.
2. IP described herein above shall be the property of RGCB unless made, conceived or reduced to practice during the course of work pursuant to an agreement by RGCB granting ownership rights to a Sponsor
3. Revenue arising out of IP licensing and royalty will be shared between inventor and Institute (for details read the IP policy).
