#2 : PROTEIN STRUCTURE MODELING AND
                         VISUALIZATION
          Trainer: Dr. K C Sivakumar
          Date : 19-05-2021

This one-day training was provided for anyone
interested in learning the fundamentals of
structural bioinformatics. The workshop focused on
          homology modeling approaches, visual exploration
of 3D molecular structures of proteins, and
their interaction with one another, with ligands,
substrates, and drugs. Participants learned how
          to create publication-quality molecular images.
No prior experience in the field of structural No. of participants - 44
bioinformatics is required, but a basic knowledge
of protein structure is advantageous. Experience
          with a UNIX-like command-line environment is not
required, but it helps to type the commands into the
          modeling concepts and biology.
