R package. This workshop discussed the
compelling reasons for biologists to learn R.
Introduction to CRAN, how to install R packages
and how to troubleshoot the common problems
related to dependencies and installation.
Further, this workshop provided a hands-on
session on creating simple plots using the R
package.

#6 : INTRODUCTION TO
PHYLOGENETICS

This course introduced the theory
behind several ways to reconstruct
phylogenetic trees and included hands-on
sessions using the MEGA software. The
audience is composed of students and
researchers who have no prior familiarity
with bioinformatics.
