Standing Committee for Grievance Redressal

RGCB is in an exciting phase of growth. However as with all growing institutions, this may also give rise to grievances, complaints and expression of discontent among employees. A suitable forum to address, analyze and where possible or applicable resolve such concerns and conversely dismiss frivolous complaints is therefore mandatory. RGCB has therefore a Standing Committee for Grievance Redressal to advice the institute management and Director regarding the resolution of grievances of permanent employees concerning any matter involving the interpretation or application of existing institute policies and procedures.

Details of the Working Procedures of the Grievance Committee are available on the institute's website. Copies of the RGCB Office Manual including rules and regulations approved by the General Body and Governing Body of RGCB is currently in press and will be soon be available for distribution among all permanent employees. This will also be soon available on the institute's website.
