Identified and characterized NAD(P)H-dependent speroxide production in spermatozoa. Mapped the distribution and reorganizations in the distribution of this protein on the spermatozoa in relation to epididymal maturation, capacitation and acrosome reaction. Cloned and partially sequenced testis-expressed NOX-5.
