At RGCB the faculty are more than mentors. They are the intellectual stimulators, motivators and drivers. Visiting faculty of international repute also guide and encourage students to take up intellectual challenges. The RGCB faculty regularly receive recognitions and awards for their numerous contributions to science.

Housing

Convenient and cozy on campus hostel allow easy, around the clock lab work for the students. Spacious hostel rooms are allotted to students on a twin sharing basis with attached bath. To do their laundry, students only need to take their clothes down the hall as every floor has a washing machine. A well equipped common kitchen and televisions are other amenities available for the students.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria serves as a place for discussions as well as relaxation. Fresh, organic food made from vegetables grown in the roof top garden 'Sky Green' is served to the students at the RGCB Cafeteria, at affordable rates. The menu focuses mainly on South Indian food. However, for the food enthusiast, the location of the institute is such that eateries serving many different cuisines can be found within a 1.5km radius.
