Certificate program: Two day workshop program on "Basics of Flow Cytometry and its applications."

The certificate program includes a two day workshop which covers the basics of flow cytometry, fluidics, optics and electronics. We demonstrates the setting up of a cytometer including start up, calibration and daily clean procedures to make it ready for the daily experiments. There will be a detailed session for the principles and working of the machine as well as the demonstration of live sample analysis based on the availability of samples in the central facility. There will be a hands on training on BD FACS Diva software. You can bring your FACS data and get it analysed by you while in the training session.
