As part of Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav, DBT-RGCB's Tribal heritage team has conducted a training program on the Processing of Wild Honey and distribution of a honey processing machine to the tribal people in Uppukunnu, Idukki on 10th October 2021.

On the occasion of celebrating India @ 75, DBT-RGCB's Tribal Heritage Project team conducted an awareness class titled "Ethno Veterinary Treatment and its Contemporary Relevance" and distributed medicinal plants to the tribal people in Varikkamuthan, Idukki District on 9^th September 2021.
