Portable and affordable biosensors have enabled to meet the unmet clinical intervention particularly for resource-limited settings and empowering users to monitor their health condition in general. Such Point-Of-Care Testing (POCT) are adapted for real-time and continuous monitoring devices to assist in diagnosis, progression, and treatment of diseases as early as possible to reduce the burden in the future. In the laboratory, we focus on fabricating high-throughput and multiplex POCT devices for various metabolites of interest.
