RGCB MSc Biotechnology 2019 Batch Farewell
The first batch of RGCB MSc Biotechnology students was given an official send-off on 2nd August 2021 by RGCB. The course which started on 17th August 2019 finished on 30th July 2021. A total of 40 students completed their master's program affiliated with RCB. Students, staff were welcomed by the MSc coordinators. This was followed by a brief address by the RGCB director, Prof. Chandrabhas Narayana. The 2nd batch of students was also officially welcomed by the director. The deans of the institute Dr. TR Santhosh Kumar and Dr. EV Soniya shared their experience on the development of this course. Students and other teachers also shared their experiences. The best outgoing student, Ms. Athira Menon, was awarded a citation and a cash prize worth Rs. 10,000. Additionally, students selected Dr.KR Mahendran as the best teacher for their 2-year curriculum. Dr.Debasree Dutta and Dr.Surya Ramachandran (MSc coordinators) ended the program with a vote of thanks.
